Climate change combined with uncontrolled mining and logging have had a negative impact on Mongolia’s flora and fauna. As forests shrink and the rivers dry up, animals are in danger of losing their natural habitats.<br /> <br />The government has introduced environmental laws, but still lacks sufficient skilled staff to implement them.
